Lady Scarlet is a busy person and she values her time. But this guy did not and he ended up wasting her time. She was so furious as she had other appointments and yet she had created time for someone who did not seem serious. So she waited until he came late and then she ballbusted him for making her reschedule some of her appointments. He never wasted anyone else's time again.
This slave was slow and lady Scarlet had a problem with. She had to come up with a way to end it all and make him a quick slave so she resorted to ballbusting him. It worked because it was purely painful and no one wanted to experience that sort of pain especially if they could help it. So she had an easy time after that as she did not have to punish him again.
Lady Scarlet could not understand why and how this loser could not understand her. She was pissed at him and she resolved to do something to dominate as well as humiliate him. The mistress went ahead to tie him and ballbust him after she was fed up with how dumb he was. She did not want to go easy on him as she felt that his lack of understanding was because he did not push himself hard enough.
